Tom Lemieux - Head Coach
Tom Lemieux is the Head Coach for Springfield High School Boys Lacrosse, 2016 & 2017 PIAA State Champions. He was the offensive coordinator for five years for Springfield before accepting the Head Coach position in 2010. He earned the honor of 2010 EPSLA Assistant Coach of the year. In 2015 and again in 2017, Tom was honored as Coach of the Year by the Delaware County Times. Coach Lemieux was the offensive coordinator at Cabrini College prior to Springfield High School.

​Coach Lemieux is a graduate from Cabrini College with a B.A. in Sociology and a Masters in Special Education. At Cabrini, Tom led the Cavaliers to two straight conference championships as a Captain. Tom received All Conference honors all four years and was named Player of the Year in his conference and Male Athlete of the Year. He ended his career as the all-time leading scorer. In 2007, Tom was the first ever men's lacrosse player inducted into the Cabrini College Athletic Hall of Fame.
A graduate of Comsewogue High School in Long Island, New York. As a senior, he was a member of the New York State Championship Team that was ranked second in the nation. Tom earned All-League Honors as a Junior and All-County Honors as a Senior.

Coach Lemieux serves as the Assistant Athletic Director at Springfield High School, and resides in Springfield with his wife Kristy, daughter Eva, and son Tommy.

Jason Orlando - Assistant Coach/Offensive Coordinator
Coach Orlando is entering his 11th year with the Cougars. In the last decade, he has been instrumental in the development of the Cougars' offense. Known for his aggressive style as a player, Coach Orlando's influence over the years has had an immense impact on the increased production of the offense.  From 2015 to 2018, the offense averaged over ten goals per game. In the last few seasons Springfield's transition game has been particular potent. Under Coach Orlando, the offensive identity has always been aggressive, unselfish, and efficient.

Coach Orlando graduated from Ursinus College in 2009 where he played collegiately. A four year starter at midfield, Coach Orlando has been one of the only 2x captains to ever play at Ursinus. He currently sits in 12th place on the all-time leaders in assists for the Bears.
Coach Orlando graduated from Springfield High School in 2005. He was a four year varsity player for the Cougars. In his senior season, he led Springfield to their first Central League Title in eight years, and a birth in the EPSLA Final Four. 

Coach Orlando resides in Springfield with his wife Danielle, his son Beau, and dog, Tito.

Ryne Adolph - Assistant Coach/Defensive Coordinator
Coach Adolph is entering his 9th year with the Springfield Lacrosse program. As Defensive Coordinator, Coach Adolph has had the opportunity to work with some of the best defensive players and units in the state during his tenure. From 2014 - 2017, Springfield's defense averaged 5 goals against throughout each season. During those years, Springfield finished as the top defensive unit in the Central League and in the top 5 in the state. Under Coach Adolph, Springfield maintains a defense that prides itself on being tough, hard-nosed, and smart. 

Before joining the staff at Springfield, Coach Adolph spent a year coaching at Division I program, VMI. He played collegiality at the University of Maryland, where he was named captain in 2008.  During his time at Maryland, Coach Adolph was a member of an ACC Championship team, and made two trips to the Final Four. 
Coach Adolph was a four year varsity player for Springfield High School from 2000 - 2003. His teams made the state playoffs each year and advanced to the Final Four in 2002. Coach Adolph is a 3rd grade teacher at Sabold Elementary School in the Springfield School District.

Jordan Demcher - Assistant Coach
Coach Demcher has coached with the program for the last 6 seasons. In his first three years, Coach Demcher manned the JV, and helped to develop many players that went on to become key contributors with the varsity. For the last two seasons, Coach Demcher has worked with the varsity on the offensive side of the ball. In 2017, he took control of the EMO, which ended up being one of the most efficient units in the state.

​Coach Demcher played Division III lacrosse at Ursinus College. He graduated from Ursinus in 2014. Coach Demcher was a member of the Springfield High School lacrosse team from 2007-2010. As an attackman, he was a key contributor in his senior year which went on to win the 2010 Central League Championship.

Joey Hoey - Defensive Assistant
Coach Hoey enters his second season as a defensive specialist. The cougars stand to learn a lot from one of the top defenders to go through Springfield High School. A four year varsity started for Division III nationally ranked Cabrini, Coach Hoey holds the record for most games/started in history of the program. As a freshman in 2015, Hoey was named Rookie of the Year in the CSAC. He was also a four year All-CSAC player. In 2017 & 2018, Hoey earned All-American honors for his on the field play, as well as a USILA Scholar All-American in 2018 for his work in the classroom. Coach Hoey graduated from Cabrini in 2018 with a degree in Business Administration.

Scott Coslett - Assistant JV Coach
Coach Scott Coslett grew up in Marple and attended Marple Newtown. While there Coach Coslett lettered in multiple sports as a Tiger. He graduated from Marple Newtown Senior High School in 2006. 
 
Coach Coslett perused an education in the sports field receiving his Bachelors in Sports Management from Columbia Southern University in 2011 after transferring from IUP. While working towards his degree, he began his coaching career. Coach Coslett first coached basketball and football for the Brandywine Youth Club.  He was an assistant coach for three years, and was promoted to Head coach for two years.  Coach Coslett continued his love for coaching when receiving a job with the Springfield School District as the Head Junior Varsity Soccer coach in 2017. ​ Coach Coslett is excited to contribute to the Springfield Lacrosse program!
 
Coach Coslett resides in Springfield with his girlfriend Donovan and dog, Oden.
