Tom Lemieux - Head Coach
Tom Lemieux is the Head Coach for Springfield High School Boys Lacrosse, 2016 & 2017 PIAA State Champions. He was the offensive coordinator for five years for Springfield before accepting the Head Coach position in 2010. He earned the honor of 2010 EPSLA Assistant Coach of the year. In 2015 and again in 2017, Tom was honored as Coach of the Year by the Delaware County Times. Coach Lemieux was the offensive coordinator at Cabrini College prior to Springfield High School.
Coach Lemieux is a graduate from Cabrini College with a B.A. in Sociology and a Masters in Special Education.
At Cabrini, Tom led the Cavaliers to two straight conference championships as a Captain. Tom received All Conference honors all four years and was named Player of the Year in his conference and Male Athlete of the Year. He ended his career as the all-time leading scorer. In 2007, Tom was the first ever men's lacrosse player inducted into the Cabrini College Athletic Hall of Fame.
A graduate of Comsewogue High School in Long Island, New York. As a senior, he was a member of the New York State Championship Team that was ranked second in the nation. Tom earned All-League Honors as a Junior and All-County Honors as a Senior.
Coach Lemieux serves as the Athletic Director at Springfield High School, and resides in Springfield with his wife Kristy, daughter Eva, and son Tommy.

Ryne Adolph - Defensive Coordinator
Coach Adolph has had the opportunity to work with some of the best defensive players and units in the state during his tenure. Springfield routinely finishes each season as one of the top defensive units in the Central League and the state. Under Coach Adolph, Springfield maintains a defense that prides itself on being aggressive, hard-nosed, and smart.
Before joining the staff at Springfield, Coach Adolph spent a year coaching at Division I program, VMI. He played collegiality at the University of Maryland, where he was named captain in 2008. During his time at Maryland, Coach Adolph was a member of an ACC Championship team and made two trips to the Final Four.
Coach Adolph was a four year varsity player for Springfield High School from 2000 - 2003. His teams made the state playoffs each year and advanced to the Final Four in 2002. Coach Adolph currently serves as the Dean of Students at E.T. Richardson Middle School in the Springfield School District.

Jordan Demcher - Assistant Coach - Offense
In his first three years, Coach Demcher manned the JV, and helped to develop many players that went on to become key contributors with the varsity. For the last four seasons, Coach Demcher has worked with the varsity on the offensive side of the ball. In 2017, he took control of the EMO, which ended up being one of the most efficient units in the state. Coach Demcher has also earned a reputation around the sport as one of the best substitution box managers in the game.
Coach Demcher played Division III lacrosse at Ursinus College. He graduated from Ursinus in 2014.He was a member of the Springfield High School lacrosse team from 2007-2010. As an attackman, he was a key contributor in his senior year which went on to win the 2010 Central League Championship.

Joey Hoey - Assistant Coach - Defense
The cougars stand to learn a lot from one of the top defenders to go through Springfield High School. A four year varsity started for Division III nationally ranked Cabrini, Coach Hoey holds the record for most games/started in history of the program. As a freshman in 2015, Hoey was named Rookie of the Year in the CSAC. He was also a four year All-CSAC player. In 2017 & 2018, Hoey earned All-American honors for his on the field play, as well as a USILA Scholar All-American in 2018 for his work in the classroom. Coach Hoey graduated from Cabrini in 2018 with a degree in Business Administration.

Kevin Keenan - Assistant Coach - Goalie/Defense
Coach Keenan comes to Springfield with a wealth of coaching experience. Before coming to Springfield, Coach Keenan served as an assistant coach for the MLL's Philadelphia Barrage and spent many years coaching the SAA's youth lacrosse teams. Kevin is also a member of the NetNation camp that develops local Philly goalies.
Keenan joined the Barrage during his first year of Major League Lacrosse play, in 2006. He played with the Barrage from 2006 to 2008. During that time Keenan won two championships with the Barrage. In 2007 he played an instrumental role in the Championship game, coming in as the backup goalie and saving the day. After his time with the Barrage, Keenan went on to play for the Lizards in 2009 and 2010.
Keenan was a multi-sport athlete in high school, acting as a two-way starter on the 1994 football team that was undefeated in the regular season, winning the Central League title and qualifying for the Pennsylvania State Playoffs. He then played Goalie and was captain of the lacrosse team, recognized as team MVP and received All Delco and All State honors his junior and senior years. In 1995, he was recognized as Male Athlete of the Year for Springfield. Due to his decorated career with Springfield and after graduating, Keenan was inducted into the Springfield High School Athletics Hall of Fame in 2011.
After graduating from Springfield in 1995 Keenan went on to serve as a goalie for Pennsylvania State University where he finished second on the All Time Save list. Keenan was elected team MVP at PSU three times and was Captain his senior year. He finished his career second all-time for career saves, and he currently sits fourth.

Matt Ries - Assistant Coach - Faceoff Specialist
Coach Ries comes back to Springfield after a stellar career at Cabrini University.
During his time with the Cavaliers, Ries was an elite face-off midfielder. In 2021, he was named to the All-Atlantic East First Team and ranked sixth in the Atlantic East with 74 faceoff wins and eighth with a .565 win percentage (74-131).
A 2017 graduate of Springfield High School, Coach Ries is one of the most accomplished players in history of the program. While playing defensive midfield, the Cougars won back to back state championships in 2016 and 2017, and also secured the 2017 District 1 title. Coach Ries was known for his unmatched work ethic and blue collar style of play.

Dave Baker - Junior Varsity Head Coach
The Springfield Lacrosse program is lucky to have a coach like Dave Baker to help develop our young cougars. While manning the Junior Varsity squad, Coach Baker places a premium on teaching the fundamentals of lacrosse and making sure the boys are developing and learning the right way to play the game. Many of Coach Baker's players have elevated to the varsity program and gone on to have successful high school careers.
Before Springfield, Baker had served as an Assistant and Head Coach for the Rosemont Men's Lacrosse program between 2012-2017.
He graduated Penn State in 2012 with a degree in Pre Med. While at Penn State, he played Goalkeeper for the Nittany Lions. Coach Baker is a graduate of Haverford High School, where he played lacrosse and ice hockey.
Baker is a teacher of Biology at Springfield High School.

Scott Coslett - Assistant Junior Varsity Coach
Coach Scott Coslett, a Marple native and alumnus of Marple Newtown, is deeply rooted in the local community. During his time as a Tiger, Coach Coslett excelled in multiple sports, earning varsity letters. Graduating from Marple Newtown Senior High School in 2006, he pursued his passion for sports through higher education.
Coach Coslett earned his Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Columbia Southern University in 2011 after transferring from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). This educational background has equipped Coach Coslett with valuable skills, making him an integral member of the Springfield lacrosse community.
